In the past few weeks I have made a start on a guide for Photoshop to teach non technical users how to use certain tools. I also organised my work as it was not in the correct folders, but I am still not sure if it is all in the correct place. For Unit19 I got non technical users to test my spread sheet to see if it works correctly and for them to identify any faults or errors that occur. A problem that occurred was that a page was not protected so they could edit the information therefore changing all of the values within the charts. With these problems noticed I fixed them and kept evidence of me doing so.

I have now started creating a guide on how to use the basic tools within Adobe Photoshop. This guide is to teach non technical users how to use the program Photoshop and understand the basic tools. I might also create a video explaining the tools to go along with the guide which has a step by step demonstration of the purpose of each chosen tool.

A few weeks ago I completed a power point presentation on effective communication.. This presentation had a variety of methods of communicating such as verbal. It explained how you can overcome issues that may occur which each method of communication. There was also advantages of each method and why they are useful. I have had my feedback already and I had to add a bit more information which I have done so, to be remarked to try and get better feedback.
Last lesson we continued working on Unit19 and had a brief introduction to using macros. We also learned how to create drop down lists to select information.

So far in ICT I have made a start on creating a booklet about spreadsheets for people that may not know how to work one. So far the booklet only has a front page and some information on spreadsheets. I have then also learned how to work spreadsheets and some of the basic formula. We also started work on the programme called Adobe Photoshop which is one of my favourite programmes to use.
